You make your stand and never let anyone walk on your civil rights.
They are a dishonest outfit....least in Huntington, WV and someone should stop them United Parcel Service is united in one cause, corruption.
I worked for UPS for about 3 years, yet one night I go in to work and I'm told either I can quit or be fired. The job was nice but if you don't have job security it's not worth it. To stand against a company that's net worth is in the billions.. every Saturday evening you get so nervous you puke , not knowing what will happen in the week to come.
Knowing that your greatest battle isn't against the gang of bullies who await you at your job, rather the time you have alone in the bathroom on your knees, puking blood and everything you ate that day at 12am, Only to have to drive yourself to the hospital and sit there for hours while test are run, the bullies lie in bed asleep getting rested for the next days cruelty.
He contacted the Union Hall himself to see if they had gotten a report on any of this and they hadn't.
He's sick to his stomach to think that they would set someone up, who has worked hard for them through all types of weather conditions & takes such pride in his job.
They unitedly stand together in discrimination and sexual harassment, while violating the union workers work environment.
Has anyone ever asked why UPS hired management from within?
Amazingly enough his anniversary date arrived (along with his raise) and a supervisor accused him of endangering his crew mates while driving the crew van in 2nd gear.

They are a dishonest outfit....least in Huntington, WV and someone should stop them if your son can prove somehow that he was fired because of JD he should get his job back.
My guy has been employed for 9 years at the airport hub in Philly.
In those years he's never had a problem with any safety violation issues.

They can't fire you without a valid reason IF you're in a Union, regardless if a state is a "right to work state" or not.
